Tours run every 20 minutes on open days. If the factory is not running, the tour guides are still happy to take you through and show you the kitchen and packing room. There's a video running on a continuous loop which shows the factory in operation so you can see how everything happens even if they're not cooking or packing that day.
I even like it better when it's not production time. I've done the tour 11 times.
