Is there access to the park from the river bed trail? If so, are horses allowed to be ridden at the park?

Yes..& it's pavement.. actually there's 2 directly leading into the parking lot of the park.. it's the San Gabriel river trail bike path.. take it south for 8.4miles & you will be @ SEAL BEACH & it's Marina alongside restaurants..
