No there is no electric wheel chair and there is handicap accessibility.

I saw people in wheel chairs there. I think they brought them with. There are seats available in the auditorium. (Benches without backs and folding chairs).

I don't think so. The entire space is pretty flat so wheelchair access should be easy.

I didn't see any elevator or any handicap accessibility. My leg huts and had to take 2 flights of stairs to go to bathroom.
