My husband has back issues and cannot stand for long periods of time because he falls down. He also can not sit directly on the cement floor for a long period of time. May we bring in collapsible stools or seats ?

There are benches in both rooms where they show the immersion. You can also bring your own stools as I saw people in wheelchairs

They are pretty accommodating. I am sure you two will be fine.

Someone asked for a chair and they provided them with one. They don't want you to miss any part of this.

You can try calling ahead just to confirm, but like the others said: they are really accommodating. They absolutely wouldn't want to risk the chance that a patron would fall or get hurt. The benches that are in the first room don't have a good view because there are mirrors and pillars. Depending on how crowded it is, bench's and tables fill up.

There are seats available. Don't bring one.
