It depends on the store but to be honest it's in downtown los Angeles and I don't think it's worth the hassle. Some places do exchanges with receipt only but I have not noticed any place that does refunds. I think more of it like a bunch of little stands of random items.
I wish I could help you but I'm not sure about that because I've never had to return anything that I bought there. But the stores are basically like any other store so I would think they won't give you your money back probably but you could trade it for something else I'm almost sure of that. Especially If you have all the tags still on the item and the sales receipt or whatever. P. S. I love your name. It sounds like a sexy cowboy name.
