Parking is mostly NOT free. Also don't believe the giant "$3" signs. Those are only for like 15-30mins. It's $10-15 per day.

The are free parking a little was from the shopping area. There's also metered parking in the immediate area if you are lucky to get one. Otherwise its about $10 - $15
If you find parking on the streets (which is hard) then it's free! But there's parking structures everywhere and they range from like $3 for 15mins to $8-$10 for the day. PS Wear super comfortable shoes! Tons of walking to do! :)
