There are area(s) to keep out of the rain and very hot weather, but those areas are limited and may or may not be very suitable, but then maybe it would be depending upon your needs at the time. Please bear in mind that the place is specifically designed to keep people moving so it keeps buyers moving which keeps more merchandise moving ($ale$) and happy merchants who stay rather than relocating to another location because the buyers keep coming for the deals that they seem to get when they come here.
I went wen it rained and alot of shops where closed and some were open . So it can depend.
