How do I contact this store with a complaint A security tag was left on an item I purchased last week. Only discovered this when I returned to Northern Ireland

Get a hammer and a chisel and get rid of it yourself. Happened time before

Call store but it's very hard to get thru or 800 customer service.

Few people work here. Good luck.

Same happened with me. Its getting bad day after day.

You can report this to their 800 number...it should be on Macy's website....hope this helps
