I don't usually leave reviews but I just want to share our shopping experience here at JC Penney. One sale associate helped my husband finding the right suit and tie that we needed on weekend. She really passionate on her job and I couldn't believe how patient she was. She gives opinions and she's very knowledgeable. After on suits section, we go in women's section. It is filled with beautiful women's dresses and clothing that is colorful, fashionable and perfect for our event this coming weekend. The clothing is reasonably priced and most times the store offers a 15% to 25% discount. Great products with good value for the money.

JC Penney is an old throw back. That have a 50% sale on home and window items. We ordered 8 wooden blinds for our home. Have 7 of them up and waiting on the last one, which is a special order size. Wooden blinds look so much nicer than the vinyl ones. Glad we switched out. Thanks JC Penney.

Great sales and excellent customer service, Erica T was outstanding she was passing out the coupons by the jewelry department, she was awesome in a good way, explaining the coupons rules telling me and my friend "the more you buy the more you save "she seems to really like her job and I really liked her customer service.
