Sometimes they are the only choice for certain parts, especially older models. And very often if they cant find it, no one can so you pay what they ask for it or your appliance doesnt get fixed :-)
The prices are very competitive. They sell to whole sellers so obviously wholesale price will be cheaper than retail. These are the account holders that are often referred to on other reviews. Looking at the ratings all are 5 star rated except for the couple of customers that obviously were not successful in fixing their appliance. They have helped saved countless machines from the scrap yard.
