Yes. You could bring dogs but there is a lot of signs saying no dogs
I bring my dog so it should be ok
They are not allowed, there are signs posted around the park saying so. However that doesn't stop anyone from walking their dogs, plenty of people take their dogs late at night or early morning.
No fences but enough side walk that stretches for miles and open field for dogs
Maybe I'm wrong but I've never noticed a sign saying that they are or aren't. There is no fence for a dog park area.
