Depends on which day and time. Week days are usually not crowded and no reservations are necessary, but for weekends I would suggest making a reservation to be safe.
Not sure.. i was taken there by someone else..you can always call the restaurant.
I have been there 3 or 4 times and I've never had reservation. always been seated right away. unless it's a bigger group maybe..
