I walked in the store and within minutes was greeted by Angelica! This LOVELY LADY was professional, kind, patient and a problem solver. I ordered a dress online but when I recieved it there was a hanger stain per Angelica on the front of the dress. She gave me some suggestions, even refunded a portion of the order since the price had decreased. Then as I looked around at various pairs of slacks, she advised me that some black slacks were on sale for $11 😁 which I bought and two others. Angelica was wonderful and I'll go back to this location only to work with Angelica she was an Angel 😇.

One of my favorite places to get formal (or semi-formal) footwear is at Banana Republic. I always seem to have really good luck here! Their shoes are very comfortable and stylish as well. My last pair of shoes from here were suede, and have held up better than could have ever been expected!
