I have had many concussions throughout my life and the last most serious one due to a car accident that laid me up for a month. The last 17 years since the head trauma I have not felt very "Sharp." I used the unlimited version of the training program for a month. I did 30 sessions in all and noticed significant improvement in my ability to focus, sleep, get things done and be less anxious. For instance, as I was preparing for the start of a new school year I experienced no anxiety about the approaching demands nor about meeting new students and parents. That was a first in my 20 plus years as an educator. It has been over a month without the training and I still am doing well with focus and ability to get things done. I feel "Sharp" again and life has been more manageable since the training.
