Why lock out pet supplies and then not have a key available or is it only during specific time the items can be sold why make people wait for an hour and then say no key?? I guess target it is then right?

Keys to specific cases are givin to the dept manager if he/she goes on break or lunch not every employee is aware of when they went to lunch or when they will return

I noticed at this Walmart that if you need specific help, it may take a while. I don’t know if Target gas the pet supplies that you are looking for though. I suggest you order online and pick it up at Walmart, so it is less of a hassle.
