Worked at Kaiser Ontario. Security miguel Juey, Carlos Perez would leave work together and go to bar across the street and come back drunk. U can see it in there eyes. Also a guard by the name of Nick. I don't member his last name but they all buddies so anyone who tried to rat them out for there mistakes would get fired or removed from post. This happened many times and a few years ago but if they still there I'm sure it's still happening. And i still cant get over it. And these same 3 would rough up and hit patients who didn't do as they say. Not to mention the other things. sure hope securitas has lost that account by now. Security manager covers up for them too.

Don't trust what they say and what their ADs say. No paid time off. The pay was a lie. Only branch manager I have respect for is Leo.

My husband worked for Securitas for 14 years Ontario Novia truck gate. He had many different branch managers who he got along with very well and had great relationship with. In May 2021 a branch manager named Jennifer came along and bullied, nags, harassed and discriminated my husband put him under so much stress that he quit Because of the severe stress she put under him. Ultimately he never could get back to his normal self and regrets of quitting his job after 14 years. Sadly, it got so bad that he felt he couldn’t go on and took his own life. I blame Securitas for not being professional knowing more in depth of what’s going on with your branch managers. And how they are treating their employees. I would definitely most positively not work for Securitas they are unprofessional they do not care about their employees. They’ll cut throat and will move onto the next. Also watch out for this HR lady who works in Ontario name Yvonne she is absolutely horrible. If she doesn’t like you then you pay the price for it.

I worked with them for only a short while and here's why. When I first interviewed I was told the starting pay was $15/ hr. The day I went to the classes they said the pay was $14.50. I told myself, "ok, not a big deal." The day of orientation they instructor told us we'd start getting pay the $14.50 only after the 90 day probation period was up. After 120 day I saw no change in pay, so I contacted the district manager who of course couldn't be reach immediately. After a few day he called me back. He said to me, "Whoever told you that shouldn't have. Thats not how things work with the company." I asked him if there was nothing he could do because I had given up a job that was already paying me $14.50, but I felt that with this company there was room for growth. Suffice it to say I didn't hear from him for another few days. To which he says that there was a different site he could transfer me to, with the dollar more pay. However, this new location was a commute, I'd be where I started. I got to work and found a new job. As soon as I got hired else where I left. In my anger though, I didn't give proper notice. Some months have passed and as times are hard right now I'm applying to other jobs, the old manager I worked under, decides to tell the new hiring manager that I caused many issues while with them. But not once was I ever later, I'd stay over my shift until my relief decided to show. I didn't call out. I was a model employee. While I admit my exit was not the most gracious I can own up to it. Them, however, remain unprofessional, shady, and apparent lairs. I would not trust them for one. But also get everything in writing.

Speak to your post supervisor and then if he doesn't do/say anything about it go down to the main office and have them cut you a check
Yes, she is very rude. If you can't do customer service then you are in the wrong business. She defiantly needs to be replaced.
1. Yes you are supposed to be paid for the videos that's part of orientation. 2. Can you go work for Ontario office or any other Securitas office after completing orientation yes you can What you would have to do is contact what is supposed to be your manager in Temecula and request a transfer to the Ontario office even though according to your message you have technically not started working IE: don't have WORK.
Tyson In Total you will be on site anywhere from 5 - 6 hours..
My new address is 17455 Marygold ave spc.# 35 Bloomington Ca. 92316
Online first. Under 24hrs someone will call you. I answered based on my own experience years ago. Securitas is an awesome place to work.
Go to the securitasepay.com office in Ontario and they will help you and get you started with the company look up securitas usa in Ontario and yull get the address fone number everything you need to get started
They will more than likely drug test you during the interview. It doesn't matter if you are part time, full time, or on-call.
i believe first time is about $100 but i think that may of went up. the renewal fee is $35 so always better to keep it active vs. paying the application fee again
more then likely not because you have to be licensed for security in the state of california with a guard card issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and you have to pass a FBI and DOJ background check. you can double check by calling BSIS and they can tell you over the phone if you qualify, if you don't security is not an option for work. hope this helps
Depends on your background from FBI and DOJ
U have to go online if you get your check direct deposit..its a pain at first, but that's Securitas
There is two ways to fill out a application to join Securitas. The first way is to fill out the application online and the second way is to visit you're local Securitas Branch Office.
