Unfortunately there is usually one photo associate on duty and they have more than one task to do. Also they help customers with the self serve photo printers and those are unfortunately a distance from photo. They also are entitled to a break and required a meal break by state regulations. They have a phone to call customers when jobs are ready. You're probably better off calling electronics where they can either answer you're question or have photo associate call you when they get back.
Honestly I have never called them. Don't need, just go.
I would just go in!
