I recommend that you call the business but I'm guessing you will have to wait until you turn 18. I had to sign a parental form for my daughter and show them my ID in order for her to get pierced.

Hello Star, In California it is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18 doesn’t matter if your parents would give consent. It’s 18 and up for tattoos in Ca. But November is right around the corner so hope to see you then. Thanks EC Tattoo
