Bought a shift controller for my Maytag washer it had the correct part number for my.model and serial number. The part looked different than the one I was replacing, the lady said it was a newer updated version Then she told me if it is the wrong part they would not refund my money but if it was defective they would. She assured me that all the information was correct and the part was the correct part I installed it and it did not work, got the error code for faulty shift controller. I took it back and a different lady would not refund my money. She needed me to get her the serial number again so she could return it for the company to get a refund but said I could only get another one. So I took it, it doesn't work either. Never do business with a place that will not give a refund. I got one from Amazon that does work. So I would recommend just ordering from Sears or Amazon, the will both take returns and give a refund.

Seems to be well stocked store with simple things, but amazon is a better choice for the parts , and its more convienent it seems this place has to order everything from outside vendors and avgerage time is two weeks . kinda lame.and double the price of amazon as well. This seems to be another case of old time businesses succumbing to the corporate wolves.

The worst experience I ever encountered I ordered a part for my washer never heard from them I called 2 days later for them to tell me it was never ordered I would not recommend this company for parts better off ordering on Amazon and get what u ordered I tried to support a local company o well

Called all over town looking for a shop that would sell to the public with parts on stock. The ladies at APC were very helpful with parts to fix my furnace. Worthy of my first review! Thanks again.
