I can't really help. Im in washington pa. But most of the electronic stuff that walmart sells, they offer an extened warranty.Or If u have the receit, u will get what u paid. So hope u have eather one

Probably no, unless you insured it, and it most likely would be sent away for repair.

If you didn't buy the insurance when u bought the hard drive then they won't fix it
