Very rude. Called to schedule an appointment, no answer, no voice machine. Stopped by to see if they were open, and if so I wanted to schedule since I couldn't reach anyone over the phone. As soon as I stepped into the office the lady YELLED at me, "you need an appointment!" I tried to explain the above mentioned, but was rudely cut off and told she doesn't speak to anyone without an appointment. I called a few times before driving 20mins there to see about setting up an appointment. Great 1st impression lady. I'll never do business with you and steer anyone I know away from you.

I bought an old car from the Pittsburgh Fire Service through an online auction house in California. The PennDOT was incredibly unhelpful in getting it all sorted out with COVID and all, but with help from Erin Owls and State Representative Sainato's Office, 4 months later the registration and paperwork was sucessfully filed. I won't hesitate to use this place again.
