Just called to try to reserve a parking spot and was told that they could only be reserved in person. Does this not defeat the point of reserved parking?

You can reserve a parking spot using the trucksmart app for Petro/TA

In one case it's true but another case at that truck stop alone that's the way they've been doing it for years not going to change just because you want them to give you a reserved spot it's first come first serve and that's the way it's always been
