Yes, you can absolutely do this at ANY Walmart in the country. I used to travel with hippies when I was a teenager, and I've done a lot of traveling myself and a Walmart parking lot has been my rest stop so many times. They don't mess with you, just try finding a spot away from main parking whether it's in the back or on the side. You'll likely even see semi trucks doing the same thing and parking there for the night.

Im not sure. But I imagine that they wont mind if you purchase something from Wal-Mart.
