I've done 2 cats at a time so probably. Like the other guy said it's by appointment only. And yes you can refuse the micro chip, it's optional.
You're going to have to call it's by appointment only and when I took my cat it almost seemed like I had no option for the microchip
Yes.. you can decline chips. I was told where I lived in menifee it was mandatory but didn't stop them from spaying my 2 cats
