Though we are permitted to operate from Friday through Sunday, right now Sunday is our busy day. Gates open at 6 AM. We like for the vendors to stay until 3 PM. First time sellers will need to complete a Vendor Application packet which takes only a few minutes. Once your information is in our computer system you will be able to pay in the office for the current day or pre-pay for any future date within a 30-day period. Office hours are Sunday from 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. All future visits should be paid in the office at least one week in advance. Currently, our busiest day is Sunday. Gates open at 4:30 AM on Sunday at which time you will need to present your prepaid receipt to the gate attendant. The attendant will help guide you to your reserved space. Thank you for inquiring of our Family business. The only time we have been closed was some months during last year as mandated by the State of CA. We are Open both Saturday and Sunday for the posted hours online. Sundays are our busiest day. Saturdays used to be as busy, recently has a few of our Container Vendors who open and Vendors who are setting up. Before COVID 19 you could find the gates open and our Farmers selling to early afternoon. It has been very very slow. When La Grange, our restaurant is fully operational we have cooks working there. We are midway of monitoring the current trend in both mandates and flow of traffic to our business after all of this COVID 19 fluctuations. We are still in the midst of struggling to rebuild our business which was greatly affected by the closures implemented. We apologize for any inconvenience. We would like to build Saturday back up so if you have any interest in selling, please come to the Business Office and let us know.

We require Employees, Vendors, and Guests to wear sufficient mask coverage, and to abide by social distancing recommendations. I carry a personal size hand sanitizer. The Restaurant and Space Rentals are Cash Only at this time (Oct 2019), but we Kids are pushing hard to implement ATM on the premises. Some of our Vendors subscribe to alternative solutions for purchases. Please stay tuned as we are hoping to add more methods of payments to our business. Thank you for your interest !

Yes! We welcome guests and their pets. Please keep pets leashed and remember to pick up after them. During the summer months it can get toasty outside. You might want to bring water for them also. There is cold bottled waters available at the Gran Fiesta Restaurant on the premises as well.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Lakeland Outdoor Market owns and operates our La Grange Restaurant, which is a full service commercial kitchen on the premises. We permit the fresh food produce and restricted snack items only. A suggestion might be to come out on a Sunday with samples of what you have in mind to sell. We are always open to people asking to work in the restaurant which serves Mexican-American favorites. You are welcome to come out on a Sunday (our biggest day) and talk to one of the Owners. We are regulated and permitted by the County for each food -related vendor. There is a process to get on the approved list. Be advised we typically do not offer spaces for vendors to sell foods other than produce. Thank you for your interest in our business !

We should be able to work with you. You should visit the Office on Sunday and bring a sample of the product(s); CA seller's permit; and be prepared to pay a small fee to share the permit from County of Riverside Health Department list for selling foods. One of the Owners, Manuel, or Steve. Our biggest day is Sunday. Gates open at 4:30 AM for Vendors. Anyone at the gate can direct you to the Office. We require a Contact form and Waiver for the day. The State of CA requires those who sell on a regular basis to hold a Seller's Permit. We can assist with that as well. There is a previous answered question also with more details. mostly snacks but sometimes some awesome specials

Yes! We have a full restaurant on the premises, Gran Fiesta Restaurant. We have outdoor seating. We offer Cal-Mex menu. We pull from local businesses for our ingredients. We have some pre-packaged snacks, and currently the chili is pre-made. We make our own Menudo, Taquitos, Asada from scratch. Our tortillas are made by two local businesses. Our torta buns are made by hand from a local business for us also. We do also have sausages from Mad Mikes, who make their product by hand also and those are our hotdogs. We do offer Daily Specials and Event Specials. Our burritos and tortas and snow cones are generous sizes for the price making it a good value. We hope to earn your patronage !
