I need to say on the first week of August I went to this annex post office to renew my husband’s passport. The lady there was very nice & helped me & told me she has experience on renewing a passport. she told me the amount so I wrote a check right then and there for the passport. She was really helpful but she was incorrect short by $12.50..a letter was sent to me by the passport dept. Requesting the remainder of the money on 10/20. I would not recommend you to renew your passport there go to the official post office and get it done there if you want it done correctly! This delayed the passport & I am praying that it gets here ASAP. Very Disappointed!!!

Very efficient and professional. Came in today with my husband, it was very busy. The young women greeted us, we told her we need to notarized 20 signatures. She sat us down at the table upfront, offered us complementary water while we waited for her to finish everyone in line. She was very thorough throughout the whole notary process and explained everything to us about specific California rules with notary. Very knowledgeable, delightful, and genuine customer service. Highly recommend !
