mail box was broken into and might not get fixed for 90 days. I go to pick up my mail at the Post Office but they never even left a note saying what to do. They often deliver letters to the wrong box.

I had a package delivered and the whole thing was ripped open and missing some of my items. Because it wasn't insured im out of luck. Common sense if the package is ripped open that should have been noted. $30 purchase down the drain. I guess someone working there just helped themselves.

Just wanted to give a shot out to a great worker!! Today a young lady With short hair was delivering our mail and with the pond on de brask their is a ton of mud. I knew one of these days since the area isn't kept up Via the city that our mailman or lady would get stuck!! Well she did! She worked so hard to get her truck out of the mud with some help from my neighbors. Poor lady was covered in mud! She insisted that mail needs to be delivered and how busy they all are. If someone doesn't acknowledge her then I will!! She needs a raise for being such a hard worker!!

Mailbox was broken into. USPS worker put a handwritten sign on the box. The post office then later marked a package as delivered to this very box. I filed a dispute/claim for the lost and was DENIED, because the package was marked as delivered. Filed an appeal and was still denied. So if your package is marked as delivered you can’t file and win a claim even if you didn’t receive it. The box has now been broken almost a month with absolutely no date as to when it will be fixed. USPS should be made to honor insured mail that is STOLEN from THEIR boxes. Why would an employee even attempt to deliver it to a broken box, and if it wasn’t delivered there why does the notification state it was delivered to my mailbox? Mail is OFTEN misdelivered , the carriers make false claims about snakes( it’s very clearly a lizard) to avoid delivering your mail, and there is absolutely NO accountability for lost packages. Insurance doesn’t help because of the package is scanned as delivered then that word is final. I’ve started using other delivery services and haven’t had nearly as many issues as info with USPS. It’s really sad that integrity within the business is now void.

the "call center" is terrible. There should be a way to contact the local Elsinore Post Office. My mailbox was broken and I want to find out how do I get my mail now that the box is broken!
You can but you just need to make an appointment. Either call them or go there.

Did you put a change of address in? Dumb question I know but, our delivery lady sucks and the post office is the worst I have ever dealt with
My packages have been on time, but my Mother-in-law has had a package over there for about two weeks according to UPS. So I guess it depends on the package.

You can move to a different house... That will change your address... But what I think you are asking... You fill out a change of address card. You can do it on line, but they will change you $1.30... or go to the post office and get the card and it's free.

To Garden Grove, it should take about 1 or 2 days... But without tracking on the envelopes it is impossible to track or find out where they are... hopefully they arrive sooner rather than later...
No it doesn't... Tou can buy stamps at some grocery stores, or 100 stamps at Costco...
