No need to sign in to your account. You should have received a pin to get into the building, there will be a brand new lock inside of your storage unit that you will put on your storage locker. Also just in case you forgot the pinnumber that they assigned you call their customer service number before 5 or 6 I'm not sure which in order to speak to a live person but they will provide you with it,
