The F-16 simulators do not have motion. Noone in our group minded- it's easier to fly when you aren't distracted by the violent reappearance of your last meal.
The 737 simulator does not, but I didn't think that that was an issue. They're using Lockheed Martin Prepar3D with the PMDG 737, which provides a very realistic simulation.

No the F16 flights do not have motion due to the fact that jot everyone can handle it and probably would get a lot of people sick. The workers there told me they don't plan on adding that as a feature either.
