This vet office needs new management. The staff are unprofessional, they're on their phones at the desk and don't pay attention to owners waiting for help. I hate giving a bad review but this has been our experience since Dr Park left. I feel they're overly concerned (they are probably pushed by whoever is in charge) to push unnecessary meds and labs. As you know, labs and meds meet weekly quotas. Please get it together because believe me, while waiting in the lobby I hear tye same complaints.

Have always had good experiences here for my cats over the last 9 years! A bit of a wait for the Vet sometimes, but the techs and service are always great!

I had to put my mom's cat to sleep and the vet was really compassionate with us and so was the tech. I never had any problems with them. Taking both my kitten and my mom's cat there for treatment

I have been coming here and there old location for 11 years as long as I have had my furbaby. The staff is ever so pleasant , there as fast as can be with all protocols still in place. It is better to have an appointment keep in mind they do have walk ins. Honestly I feel appointments work out best for me. So we're not sitting in the car for a while. There prices are great! They do have low cost days and hours run longer in evenings. For those that have those 9 to 5 work schedules.
