Hi Christina.... they are under staff I believe and they are open. Best time to call is 11am to 4pm. Keep trying. They will place you on hold for a long time...I've learned having patience is a good thing. I love Dr. Park. He has been my 4 dogs vet since 2011. Unfortunately, I moved this year to San Diego and had to say good bye. Hope this message helps. They open 9am to 7pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9am -3pm Sunday close.

They were not closed..but they didn't have hardly anyone available to answer phones..very long wait times..and you cannot go in with your pet..
