I have dealt with NSM Anaheim for 20+ years, ordered 3 or 4 wheelchairs, a Smart Drive and other equipment from them. The situation I am in is now urgent. NSM Anaheim has had my Smart Drive for 2 months (Since May 17th) to replace the mother board and power switch. On June 21st I was told it was fixed, and was on my way to pick it up (I had to take the afternoon off from work), when I got a call that it wasn't fixed (would not sync). I was assured a call back the very next day, but the call never came. I called a day or two later, and no call back until 2 days. Maria told me Permobil was to send a replacement motherboard. Days went by and no update. More leaving messages for Maria. After a few days she called me back and stated that Permobil was not returning calls with replacement status, or if it shipped, tracking number, etc. That was 2 weeks ago and Maria now will not return my calls. I called left voicemails on 7/14, 7/15 and just now. No one even bothers to answer the phone. I paid $1500 out of pocket. Is the problem with NSM or Permobil? I haven't been able to leave my house to shop or overdue doctor appointments because I cannot push my chair for more than a few feet. All I want is assurance that whatever the issue is that is delaying this is being addressed. Supply chain due to circuit boards from China? Has my Smart Drive been forgotten? Just have an honest conversation with me! I understand things are difficult right now, but no one seems to care about me, the customer! My next call will be to Permobil tomorrow to find out for myself what is going on. This is ridiculous and hurtful. I want my repair to be escalated to the next level of customer care. I live alone, and I have lost my independence because of this, and that shouldn't happen to anyone.

I seriously hurt my ankle 4 days before a Disneyland trip with my family. I called my contact Dino at NSM in Kelowna BC for advice. He reached out to NSM Anaheim and between the two companies they arranged an electric scooter rental drop off and pick up for me at the hotels. They literally saved my trip. There is no way I could have done it without it. Thank you Dino and Thank you Juan and Maria in Anaheim. You are angels!!! What white glove service!! So appreciated!!
