The venue holds about 1400 people. It is available for private events.
I say I say yes, I was reading up on the Pavilion a short time ago actually and I remember there was a section that said it is available for personal rental. I Saw The Nutcracker there this Christmas and it is a very very great Arena.
I believe so but its a beach so its pretty open now the restaurant you can have a private section. And the beach is so huge I'm sure you could find a section for your exclusive night.
