Aaked them to repair a bad screen on a Dell laptop that is several years old. Thought about doing it myself but after checking out that possibility, I passed--the repair is not easy. There are part issues and then the tinkering issues to get the part to work. Wireless Planet fixed the screen. They did have difficulties getting the part (3 tries), but they were persistent, eventually acquired the part, and repaired the laptop. It took 2 weeks, but staff was friendly and responsive. I was satisfied. I would go back.

We continue to bring our computers and devices to Wireless Planet because their service and expertise can't be beat. Today, it was a stupid cable monitor problem I couldn't solve on my own, and Nate took the time to test out different options and send me away with a quick, easy solution. The "customer service" rep for Dell, after an hour, never suggested this simple fix. They are honest and give you the best bang for your buck. HIGHLY recommend!

Great service and fast turnaround. Walked in with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 2 because I couldn't get secondary M.2 ssd screw unscrewed (only a month old OOTB). They had to drill it out and replace it and they installed my secondary ssd, formatted, and tested it all out for me. And very reasonable price. Thank you Bijan and David.
