The old Federal Aviation Bluiding has the best outdoor track and field. People are walking, jogging, children playing with soccer balls or watching their parents do excersing stretching just being a kid outdoors since the Corona viruslocking. Plenty of free parking spaces plus handicap marking. The area also has Wollypoll park with a duck pond near by. I walk in the mornings. Get your fresh outings. Breathe with or without a facemask. Yes there is a bathroom also.

LOVE, LOVE this safe, beautiful, inspiring park where adults, kids and family can engage all sorts of fitness activities and soccer games. Super clean, parking is easy. On hot days the ocean breeze is definitely a special treat!

Walked and walked while some jogged other ran lanes 1 & 2 are for the runners 3, 4, and 5 are for the walkers year their's rules 😀 people with trainers and those who train themselves. Very clean, nice, Orderly and plenty of parking.

For the games, you will need to "reserve" it but otherwise, on the side of the field, you can always play as long as not interfering in any game.

They dont turn the lights on in the morning, so you will be waiting for the sun to come up. The park lights are usually turned on in the evening hours 6-9pm .
There is a gym auditorium across the track that you might have some luck there. But from what I know, there isn't a lost and found. I hope you find your bracelet.
