There is a gym auditorium across the track that you might have some luck there. But from what I know, there isn't a lost and found. I hope you find your bracelet.
The managers office for the track and field is on the south side of the gym near the pull up bars.
There is a juice bar/shop also on site. Try that also to see if an honest soul found your bracelet and left it there. Hope you find it
