I do not work for Florida Gun Center. I'm a customer. They do the instan background check when you buy firearms like everyone else. Really cool store and very nice people stop by and i'm sure they can help you there.
Background checks are called in/filled out on the spot. However Florida state law prohibits you from receiving a firearm same day unless you are a florida concealed carry permit holder. Waiting period is five business days. I purchased a rifle from them and had to wait five business days even though I am military and have a concealed carry permit in my home state.
