I've been here about a year and I've seen the dramatic improvement and growth in the gym. I love the coaches and the classes are getting more intense and challenging (a good thing) and everyday they change it up. From the moment you first walk in the door and all the times after, you are greeted warmly and enthusiastically by both the coaches and it’s members. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The facility is filled with the best equipment, which is always clean and well organized. The coaches always focus on form and safety.
