Steve, We are sorry you are having trouble getting the title to your car. If you were financing the car, the title would come from the lender. If you purchased the car at auction, the auction is responsible for delivering the title to the new owner.
The dealership isn't responsible for that the lender is, but they seem to be a busy lot. With this pandemic patience is needed cause everything on paper trail is magnified slow tenfold
Go directly to mva get a duplicate title along as you have the vehicle registration you can get it
