Store was out of sugar for fountain drinks so I got a bottled drink instead then when I went to pay. I used cash and they said they had no coins and would round my bill to the nearest dollar. I am 59 yrs old and have never in my life experienced this in any retail setting. I told the person at the register that and he didn't know what to say. Fortunately, the food was still good but the service was definitely wanting. My visit was at around 5 PM so the dinner crowd hadn't even shown up yet. I've always expected better from Boston Market.

I order 4 chicken pot pies online and they each came with a side of cornbread. This is 3/4 of the cornbread. A picture is worth 1000 words.

My husband and i got the same thing 1/2 a rotisserie chicken with two sides and it came with pie. So umm when my hubby asked for pumpkin pie the guy pulled an open one out of a cardboard box and took the slice and packed it into a container...well at least he had on gloves. The biggest problem was the pic i attached. We ate most of our chicken just to find that it wasn't cooked all the way. It wasn't bleeding but thank goodness we didn't get violently sick. Won't be going here anymore...checkers mozzarella sticks are looking real good right now. No more chicken for awhile smh.
