Yes! We took my father in law and he's in a wheelchair. Yes there are steps down to the canal, however there is also a ramp. So wheelchairs are no issue.

getting on the boat is very easy, almost the same level as the quay or platform. Someone has to help with the stairs though.

With a little help , she'll be ok..
