As fas as have looked no. The web site doesn't have options to buy tickets. I'm sure you can call. I have heard of groups booking the cruises so they must have a way to reserve. Typically they don't have a large line.
Its only 25-28 people per cruise so the line is usually short if there is any line at all
I don't think so. But the line was not long, and they provide Military discount at the booth.
