I currently have Tricare for life, i get my prescription from express script. I friend said i should beabble to get my prescriptions from the base. I live in Spokane Valley. And can you mail them to me?

The fairchild pharmacy does not mail prescriptions. That is only through Express scripts which is completely separate.

No, but you can pick them up in person at the pharmacy for free.
