Angela in the Pharmacy did an exceptional job working to problem solve an insurance issue I had and took lots of extra time to figure out how to get me approved and also getting me a much better deal than the insurance would have covered! I have been using Walgreens for 15 years in 3 different states and never had a person as dedicated to helping me with an issue the way she did today. Keep up the great work and I will remain a loyal Walgreens customer 🥳

Horrible customer service given by pharmacists Miguel 10/21/2021 @1027am towards an elderly woman with a walker sitting down on a chair waiting for her appointment. He skipped her and went straight to the people that were standing up waiting in line and said he assists people who are standing in line 1st versus the one sitting down with an appointment.

Tease One

If your trying to get the Covid shot, DON'T bother making an appointment!! I made an appointment for 3pm and was told to get in line to sign in. We did not get called up to sign in till 3:25pm. Then they called up 2 walk-ins before they called us up. So they are not honoring anyone with appointments. It's pretty much first come, first served. We'll at least it was like that today. Our appointment was at 3pm and finally left there at 4:10pm. SMH

Very helpful pharmacy. It's been a difficult year and the staff has been great helping me and my husband with new medication when needed. Only thing is the wait in line, but I would guess most pharmacy's are the same. They have a senior day the beginning of the month which is a good deal for regular priced items.
