Yes. The wife and I are current monthly site holders/renters. However, availability is an issue. It's a small park (about 16 spaces) and currently there is only one opening and is very small. Turnover of larger spaces is infrequent. I don't wanna publicly broadcast the monthly rate but it is reasonable for the area and includes full hookups and Xfinity cable TV. Call the onsite manager's office for exact rates and availability. Hope this helps!
