I ordered the $5 meal. I get it, it's only $5, but shouldn't it at least be edible? The bun on the hot dog was so hard and stale that you couldn't bite it. The bun on the burger wasn't much better. Regret my choice of fast food dining.

We've always gotten fresh food...your experience is highly unusual. They would have fixed it if you would have complained...

I have never had a problem at Carl Jr's food, it has always been fresh and good.

Yes I agree the food should be edible and if I was you I would complain to management about and see if you can at least get your money back or get a new order

They should have comped your meal

I've never had a problem with them but since that happened to you I would complain about it to the manager they should give you a new order for free

I would march straight back and see the Managers...

The food probably was sitting to long in heat. I know how this can be. Take the "edible" meal in and get fresh food or get money back. I'm really sorry if you were on your lunch break or just driving around. 😯
