I'm a regular customer and today I came in or what I usually do was short $0.20 on my change and my sausage biscuit was missing half the biscuit and the meat and cheese was stuck to the paper and I want to thank you guys for the good service

You should have brought it to the attention of the manager. In the past, when I have had any issues they were quick to fix it and apologetic.
