They have a abesto poisoning and and lead paint poisoning signs up on the wall they're very nasty apartments they need to be condemned and redone. My friends are trying to move out it's very bad there I would not recommend these apartments to anybody.

They just put up science too that has abesto and lead paint poisoning. The right in the middle of downtown but the main problem is they're very run down they need to be condemned and the owners don't care. My friends have lived there for years and it's just gotten worse and worse it's really sad actually there's some elderly people live in there and nobody cares cuz it is very nasty in there. They need to remodel so bad. It's unsanitary and very broken down
I wouldnt live in Parkside, yeah the outside is nice and so is the apartments but they are definitely not pet friendly and the people who live there will eventually harrass you or spread rumors and not to mention the manager will try to steal your money or make you homeless if you are smarter than her
