Do you have any openings? Are they pet friendly and what's the price?

I wouldnt live in Parkside, yeah the outside is nice and so is the apartments but they are definitely not pet friendly and the people who live there will eventually harrass you or spread rumors and not to mention the manager will try to steal your money or make you homeless if you are smarter than her

Idk if they have openings. Pet friendly. But not to crush ur looking for a place to live. But these apartments are very nasty they're right in the middle of crack Central and they have mold abesto and lead paint poisoning they just put signs up on the walls. These apartments need to be condemned and redone the elevator is nasty inside the carpet on the walls have been torn off it stinks the stairs are no better there is a laundry facility and the community room which they don't have open right now because of the covid. I have some friends that live there and they're trying to move because it's very bad so I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. But maybe try where I live Parkside village or there's some low income apartments in Winston and they're so few more here in Roseburg that are way better than those.
