Stores are practicing social distance. It took us a while to get into NIKE store but once you are inside, it is a smooth sailing. People spread out, helpful salespeople and fast check out. Just allow extra waiting time.
Yes, they are open. They have lines and only allow certain number of customers in at one time. We were there last weekend and wait times were not too bad.
